Ocean Harvest Technology Group PLC - Theale, England-headquartered producer of seaweed-based animal feed ingredients - Appoints Ashley Head as executive chair with immediate effect. Chief Executive Mark Williams steps down from the board following his resignation, also effective immediately. Ocean Harvest says it will "look to strengthen the board and executive team in the coming weeks".
