Miotal PLC - targeting acquisition in technology sector, previously called Becket Invest PLC - Pretax loss narrows to GBP339,187 in the year to September 30 from GBP2.3 million a year prior. Basic loss per share is 0.4 pence compared to 8.5p. Bottom line befits from absence of warrant expense compared to GBP2.1 million cost a year ago.
