Gensource Potash Corp - Saskatchewan, Canada-based fertiliser development company - Says that following successful flow-through programme financing, it initiated the 2023 Vanguard North 3D Seismic program in September 2023, with several strategic objectives. Plans to start exploration and confirm the resources of the sub-surface mineral permit, SMP200. Originally acquired in November 2021, SMP200 is north of KL245, the location of the Tugaske project in Canada. Gensource also plans to expand its dataset for the existing resource defined in KL245. Issues around 4.9 million units to raise USD729,538. Proceeds will be used to complete fieldwork on its Tugaske potash project and general working capital purposes. Gensource Potash Corp - Saskatchewan, Canada-based fertiliser development company - Says it had cash of USD303,035 at June 30, down 9.2% from USD337,831 at December 31. Adds it is planning to optimise its underground design, operation and crystallisation technology, which it plans to integrate into the Tugaske project in Canada in the autumn. Also notes it has starter to prepare for initial resource confirmation work on its new SMP200 permit area which adjoins the Tugaske mining area. Read More

Gensource Potash Corp - Saskatchewan, Canada-based fertiliser development company - Extends maturity date of each of its 5% convertible debentures from June 2023 to June 2024. Says company directors hold around USD1.8 million in debentures. The convertible debentures were first issues in October 2021 at USD2 million. Also announces it has granted an aggregate 15.4 million stock options, of which 14.9 million were granted to directors and senior officer at a price of USD0.125 per share and are exercisable for a period of five years.
