D4t4 Solutions PLC - Middlesex, England-based data management platform company - Says results for the financial year that ended on Friday are expected to be lower than management expectations. D4t4 expects to report revenue of GBP21.5 million, down from GBP24.5 million the year before. Adjusted pretax profit is expected to reach GBP3.5 million, up from GBP3.3 million the year before. D4t4 explains that the lower expectations are a result of delays in signing a project with an existing banking customer.
