Citius Resources PLC - investment company formed to undertake an acquisition of a target company or business in the natural resources or financial sector - Pretax loss narrows to GBP73,184 in the six months to October 31 from GBP340,378 a year prior. Citius says it is in the final stages of the reverse takeover of Harena Resources Pty Ltd. Australia-based Harena is the 75%-owner of Ampasindava rare earths project in Madagascar. Read More
