Mirriad Advertising PLC - London-based provider of in-content advertising technology - Announces appointment of Nicholos Hellyer as chief financial officer designate. Current CFO David Dorans will remain at Mirriad for the time being "to undertake an orderly handover and ensure a smooth transition to the new structure." Hellyer will join Mirriad's board in November. He was previously CFO at customer engagement software provider Pelatro PLC, resigning in late August after over six years in the role. Prior to this he was CFO at New York-based Bannix Acquisition Corp from February 2021 to October 2022, and at Chester, England-based antimicrobial technology developer Byotrol PLC from May 2019 to December 2021. Byotrol PLC - Chester, England-based manufacturer of biocidal and antimicrobial cleaning products - Reiterates its results for the year ending March 31 are in line with its expectations for sales of GBP.46 million and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation loss of GBP700,000. Adds its operating strategy remains unchanged as it focuses on achieving regulatory approval for its Cruise platform across Europe by early 2025. It also confirms "good progress" in its new Anigene and Chemgene MedLab formulations, as well as its Cruise technology platform. Nevertheless, says revenue has fallen behind expectations due to slower growth in product sales as well as the discontinuation of legacy products. Read More
Byotrol PLC - Chester, England-based manufacturer of biocidal and antimicrobial cleaning products - Announces launch of "next-generation" Chemgene Medlab range of multi-surface disinfectants for emergency services, laboratories and human health organisations. Products are designed for "low toxicity and regulatory approval across the UK and EU under the increasingly stringent biocidal regulations". Byotrol says the disinfectants are "very effective" against various bacteria, yeasts, fungi and viruses including Candidia Auris, the norovirus and the coronovirus. The Chemgene brand was previously marketed by Medimark Scientific Ltd and acquired by Byotrol in 2018. Read More
