Bowen Fintech PLC - special purpose acquisition company formed to buy businesses in the technology innovations sector with a focus on the financial services industry - Pretax loss for the six months to October 31 narrows to GBP45,047 from GBP108,436 a year before, as it did not pay a share-based payment in the half-year, compared to one of GBP88,050 in the corresponding six months a year prior.
