Brandshield Systems PLC - London-based cybersecurity solutions provider - Proposes fundraise of up to GBP2.7 million via issuing 47.1 million shares, and a fundraise of GBP2.2 million in an open offer of up to 38.7 million shares, at 5.68 pence per share. Brandshield Systems PLC - London-based cybersecurity solutions provider - Pretax loss in 2022 widens 16% to USD7.3 million from USD6.3 million the year before. Revenue rises 55% to USD6.4 million from USD4.1 million. Annual recurring revenue also rises, by 61% to USD8.4 million from USD5.2 million. However, cost of sales increase 58% to USD2.9 million from USD1.9 million, while other expenses widen 23% to USD10.4 million from USD8.5 million. BrandShield Systems PLC - London-based cybersecurity solutions provider - Joins agreement with the Philippine Intellectual Property Authority to establish code of practice for combatting online sales of counterfeit and pirated goods. Agreement aims to protect consumers from buying inferior and potentially dangerous products. BrandShield will work in collaboration with various organisations including Procter & Gamble PLC, Unilever PLC and the British Chamber of Commons of the Philippines, plus e-commerce platforms such as Lazada Group. Company says agreement is the latest "milestone" in its growing presence in Asia, and will enhance cooperation and knowledge sharing.
