Bushveld Minerals Ltd - vanadium producer operating the Vanchem and Vametco processing facilities in South Africa - Withdraws its full-year production guidance for 2024 following "liquidity issues". The company previously forecast group production between 3,800 and 4,000 metric tonnes vanadium, which represented a year-on-year reduction of 400 mtV, but now "finds itself in a position whereby it is unable to continue operating at current production levels". It has begun a controlled slowdown of production at its Vametco facility, the duration of which depends on the receipt of further funding from the sale of its Vanchem facility earlier this year.
