Belvoir Group PLC - Lincolnshire, England-based property franchise group - Records a pretax profit of GBP9.3 million in 2021, up 39% versus GBP6.7 million in 2020. Annual revenue increases 37% to GBP29.6 million from GBP21.7 million. Attributes this to growth across all three markets. Declares a final dividend of 4.4 pence, bringing its annual dividend to 8.5p, up 18% year-on-year from 7.2p. Cautions inflationary pressures and geopolitical uncertainty with the invasion of Ukraine.
