Argo Blockchain PLC - London-based cryptocurrency miner - Says its Argo Helios subsidiary has entered into an equipment financing agreement with NYDIG ABL LL, owned by New York Digital Investment Group LLC. As part of the agreement, NYDIG has loaned Argo Helios USD26.7 million to recapitalise the purchase of electrical infrastructure equipment for its flagship cryptocurrency mining facility in Dickens County, Texas.
