Warehouse REIT PLC - London-based real estate investment trust - Completes 22 transactions in the three months to March 31, securing GBP1.4 million of contract rent. Says transactions bring its total leasing activity for the financial year ended March 31 to 1.5 million square feet. Total rent attributable to these transactions is EUR10.0 million, taking total annual contracted rent to GBP44.6 million. Driver Group PLC - Lancashire, England-based provider of consultancy services to the construction and engineering industries - Expects to report revenue for the six months ended March 31 of GBP22.5 million, down 7.0% from GBP24.2 million the year before. Says it will also report an underlying pretax profit of around GBP600,000, down 14% from GBP700,000 a year prior. Looking ahead, says it continues to perform well across the UK and Europe. Key focus remains the delivery of its transformation strategy. Chief Executive Officer Mark Wheeler says: "I am pleased to see our strategy delivering improved performance in both [Asia Pacific] and the Middle East, which have both returned to profit. Management have acted promptly in resolving the challenges in North America, and our UK and European regions continue to perform well. I believe the group is therefore well-placed to move forward positively into [the second half of financial 2024]." Strip Tinning Holdings PLC - Birmingham, England-based provider of connection systems to automotive sector - Wins contract to supply 'smart' roof glass for a new electric vehicle range being developed by a German automaker. The contract is with a "leading European automotive Tier 1 systems manufacturer". Neither the direct customer nor the carmaker are named by Strip Tinning. It says supply of the polymer dispersed liquid crystal technology roof glass will start in the third quarter of 2026 and run until 2031. The contract is worth GBP12.3 million in its lifetime, peaking at GBP2.6 million per year. Strip Tinning says total lifetime sales value for all supplier nominations held by the company now is GBP52.7 million. Strip Tinning had GBP10.2 million in revenue in 2022 and GBP5.6 million in the first half of 2023. Read More
