SkinBioTherapeutics provides "no further comment" on the subject of the probe, saying it is "undertaking a full investigation, supported by its professional advisors". Non-Executive Chair Martin Hunt becomes executive chair temporarily while the company looks for an interim CEO and then new permanent CEO.
