Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Ltd - private equity firm investing in revenue-generating music copyright assets - Takeover by Concord Cadence Ltd, owned by Alchemy Copyrights LLC which trades as Concord, is now complete. Round Hill shares are suspended from trading in London, effective immediately. They will be cancelled on Wednesday morning.
