ZPG PLC COMPLETES SALE OF HOMETRACK AUSTRALIA TO REA GROUP LIMITED

ZPG Plc (LSE:ZPG) ("ZPG") which owns and operates some of the UK's most trusted digital brands that help empower smarter property and household decisions including Zoopla, uSwitch, Money, PrimeLocation and Hometrack has today confirmed that it has now completed the sale of Hometrack Australia Pty Limited to REA Group Limited (ASX:REA) for AUD$130 million (£74 million1) in cash, with effect from 1 June 2018.
