Wood Group Mustang awarded contract by Dow

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Wood Group Mustang selected to provide engineering & field services for Dow pipeline construction project Agreement supports construction of new, world-scale ethylene unit within Dow's comprehensive plan to enhance US Gulf Coast advantage HOUSTON, June 6, 2013 - Wood Group Mustang has been awarded a contract by TheDow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) to provide services for construction ofapproximately 140 miles of ethane, ethylene, propane and propylene pipelines,associated interconnections, and station modifications between Dow TexasOperations in Freeport, Texas, and facilities at Mt. Belvieu, Texas. Thepipelines and station upgrades are part of construction for a world-classethylene unit, previously announced as part of Dow's comprehensive plan tofurther connect its US operations with cost-advantaged feedstocks availablefrom increasing supplies of US shale gas.
