WITHDRAWAL OF SECTION 249D NOTICE
Further to announcements made by the Company, dated 22 October 2019 and 25 October 2019, the Board of Aura Energy Limited (ASX:AEE, AIM:AURA) wishes to inform the market that the s.249D notice received by the Company requisiting a general meeting of shareholders has been withdrawn.
