Withdrawal of AGM Resolution

Further to the Company's announcement on 14th March 2017 regarding the passing of Steve Burke, the Board intends to withdraw resolution number 7 as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 16th February 2017 (the "Notice") relating to his re-election as a director.

The remaining resolutions as set out in the Notice will be put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29th March 2017, with results being announced following the conclusion of the meeting.

The withdrawal of resolution 7 does not affect the validity of the proxy form circulated to shareholders in respect of the 2017 Annual General Meeting or any proxy votes already submitted.
