on Withdrawal from Establishment of a Foundation

In accordance with the extraordinary disclosure obligation stipulated under Section 55 of (Hungarian) Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and PM (Minister of Finance) Decree No. 24/2008 (VIII.15.), MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (hereinafter: MFB Zrt. or Bank) informs the public of the following:

The establishment of the National Business Development Knowledge Center Foundation (hereinafter: Foundation) referred to in the announcement of MFB Zrt. published on December 21, 2023, was withdrawn by the resolution of the Founder No. 8/2024. (IV.18.) issued by the exerciser of the ownership rights over MFB Zrt. in which the earlier resolution of the Founder No. 32/2023. (XII.15.) on Participation in Establishment of a Foundation was revoked. The amount of HUF 300.000.000 (three hundred million Hungarian forints) provided by MFB Zrt. as initial contribution to the Foundation was repaid to the Bank.
