WINDING UP PETITION HEARING
Company Health Group plc (AIM: CHT), the AIM listed provider of healthcare services (including occupational health, ergonomics, recruitment, physiotherapy, medical evidence collection and testing for financial services companies), is today providing an update to the announcement made on 25 November 2009 that a winding up petition (the "winding up petition") against the Company had been advertised.
After considering the Company's evidence in its application for an adjournment of the winding up petition ("Application for Adjournment ") at a hearing held yesterday, 03 December 2009, the Application for Adjournment will now be considered at a hearing on 14 December 2009. A further announcement will be made following that hearing.
