WINDING UP PETITION - APPLICATION FOR ADJOURNMENT
Company Health Group plc (AIM: CHT), the AIM listed provider of healthcare services (including occupational health, ergonomics, recruitment, physiotherapy, medical evidence collection and testing for financial services companies), is today providing an update to its shareholders on the application for an adjournment of the winding up petition against the Company ("Application for Adjournment")
On 4 December 2009, it was announced that after considering the Company's evidence for the Application for Adjournment at a hearing held on 3 December 2009, the Application for Adjournment was set down to be considered at a hearing on 14 December 2009.
At the hearing yesterday, the time allotted proved insufficient. The Application for Adjournment has had to be adjourned, part heard, to next Monday, 21 December 2009.
A further announcement will be made following the hearing.
