WINDING UP PETITION - APPLICATION FOR ADJOURNMENT
Company Health Group plc (AIM: CHT), the AIM listed provider of healthcare services (including occupational health, ergonomics, recruitment, physiotherapy, medical evidence collection and testing for financial services companies), is today providing an update to its shareholders on the application for an adjournment of the winding up petition against the Company ("Application for Adjournment")
At the hearing on 21 December 2009, the Company's Application for Adjournment was successful and the winding up petition will be adjourned until Friday, 26 February 2010. No order was made in respect of the petitioner's costs.
A further announcement will be made following the hearing on 26 February 2010.
