Winding-up of the Company and Continuation Vote

In the Company's AIM admission document dated 29 June 2007, the Company stated that the Board intended to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the Company in 2017 where a special resolution would be proposed that the Company continue as presently constituted (the "Continuation Resolution"). The Board currently anticipates that the Company's last remaining asset, In-Building Cellular Enhancement Systems ("IBS"), will be sold by end of July 2017 following which the Board will convene a general meeting of the Company, to propose resolutions to commence the voluntary solvent liquidation of the Company and cancel the admission of the Company's shares from trading on AIM, all of which the Company intends to conclude by the end of the 2017 financial year. In addition, the Board anticipates making a further distribution to shareholders of distributable proceeds before or in conjunction with the commencement of the voluntary solvent liquidation process.

Taking into account the proposed timetable for the liquidation of the Company, the Board has concluded that there is no benefit to shareholders in convening a separate extraordinary general meeting in 2017 to propose the Continuation Resolution and consequently this will not occur.

Further announcements relating to the detailed timetable for the winding-up of the Company, the delisting of the shares and any distribution will be made in due course following the disposal of IBS.
