The Company refers to an announcement made yesterday by Willi-Food Investments Ltd (TASE:WLFD) (“WFI”), an Israeli company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. 

WFI has declared the distribution of a dividend payable on 12 July, 2015 to holders of record as of 30 June, 2015 totaling in aggregate NIS 20 million (approximately GBP 3.3 million). The Company currently holds 8,203,371 shares in WFI (representing approximately 62% of WFI’s share capital) and as such, the Company is expected to receive approximately NIS 12.3 million (approximately GBP 2.03 million) upon distribution of the dividend by WFI.
