WFINT Put Option

B.S.D Crown Ltd (LSE:BSD) ("BSD" or "the Company") WFINT Put Option Tel Aviv, Israel, 4 February, 2015 The Company refers to its announcements of 3 March, 7 and 28 April, and 1 May,2014 and to the Company's prospectus dated 29 July, 2014 (the "Prospectus").Capitalised terms used below but not defined, will have the meanings ascribedto them in the Prospectus. On 3 February, 2015, the Company received notification from Mr Zvi Williger andZvi V & Co. Company Ltd. (together "ZW") of their intention to exercise theWFINT Put Option. The Company is liaising with ZW in respect of the details ofthe exercise of said option. The notification relates to up to 571,074 sharesin WFINT to be acquired for consideration of up to USD 6,852,888, to be paidwithin 7 days from receipt of such duly provided exercise notice. In accordancewith the terms of the WFI Agreement (as amended), the first date for exerciseof the WFINT Put Option is 11 months from the date of signing the WFIAgreement.
