Thor Mining PLC ("the Company" or "Thor"), AIM, ASX: "THR" the specialist metals company focused on advancing tungsten-molybdenum projects in the Northern Territory of Australia, advises that Western Desert Resources Limited ("WDR") announces that Mick Billing, the Executive Chairman of Thor, has today resigned as a director and the non-executive chairman of WDR. WDR holds 24,973,076 ordinary shares of 0.3p each in the capital of the Company which is approximately 11.53% of the issued share capital of the Company.
