WATERMAN GROUP PLC SIGNS CO-OPERATION AGREEMENT

IN HONG KONG

Waterman Group plc ("Waterman"), the international engineering and environmental consultancy, announces that through its international subsidiary, it has this month signed a Co-operation Agreement with Mannings (Asia) Consulting Ltd, a local Hong Kong civil and infrastructure engineering consultancy.

Mannings is a well established consultancy which has over 100 employees. The company has particularly strong infrastructure experience and well-established local partnerships.

The Co-operation Agreement is for a period of two years. It will enable both Partners to share technical knowledge and to co-operate for the purpose of obtaining and executing project design and consulting services.
