The Company announces that on 11 December 2009, the Company amended the terms of a warrant agreement in relation to 180,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 39.99 pence per ordinary share between the Company and Bruce Walker, Finance Director of the Company. The exercise period of the warrants has been extended from 22 December 2009 until 22 December 2010.
