Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF announces today that as a result of the passing of the Final Subscription Date as described in the Prospectus of the Company, a request for cancellation of the listing of the Warrants on the main market of the London Stock Exchange has been submitted to the FCA on 28 January 2014.
