Warning from Tatneft Regarding Fake Company

PJSC Tatneft warns about the existence of a fake company registered in the United Kingdom

PJSC Tatneft has found out about the existence of a company registered in England and Wales under number 10271070 having the name «PJSC TATNEFT LTD», which resembles the official name of Tatneft in Latin script (PJSC TATNEFT). In accordance with the registration documents of «PJSC TATNEFT LTD» allegedly its directors are persons which were members of the Management Council of PJSC Tatneft as of July 2016, and its shareholders are a number of nominees holding the shares in PJSC Tatneft.

PJSC Tatneft officially announces that the company «PJSC TATNEFT LTD» established in England and Wales under number 10271070, whose registered office is currently located at 90 Long Acre, London, Covent Garden, United Kingdom, WC2E 9RZ, has no connection to PJSC Tatneft and its subsidiaries or affiliates, and warns all persons against any dealings with the said fake company on the basis of any expectations of its possible connection to the Tatneft group of companies.

No member of PJSC Tatneft's management bodies has consented to his membership in the board of directors of «PJSC TATNEFT LTD» and, therefore, has been or currently is its director.

PJSC Tatneft is taking all necessary steps aimed at protecting the interests of the company, its shareholders, members of the management bodies, employees and counterparties associated with the emergence of the fake company mentioned above.
