Waiver in respect of Non-compliance of a Financial Covenant to a Bank Loan
Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia and Vietnam listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that one of its subsidiary undertakings has on 6 May 2019 received a waiver from the lenders in respect of the non-compliance of a financial covenant to a bank loan, as disclosed in the Auditor's Report and Note 2.1 to the Company's Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018.
