W K Nowlan REIT Management Limited appoints CFO

Hibernia REIT plc ("Hibernia"), announces the appointment of Tom Edwards-Moss as Chief Financial Officer of W K Nowlan REIT Management Limited ("WKN REIT Management"), the investment manager of Hibernia, subject to approval by the Central Bank of Ireland. He will join WKN REIT Management on 16 June 2014.

Mr Edwards-Moss joins from Credit Suisse, where he has had nine years of investment banking experience with a particular focus on corporate finance in the real estate sector. He is a graduate of Cambridge University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2005.

Commenting on the appointment, Kevin Nowlan, CEO of WKN REIT Management said:

"We are delighted that Tom is joining us. He worked closely with us on our successful IPO and in the period since then, and he brings extensive advisory and capital markets experience which will both complement our existing team and help support the Company's growth plans."

Tom Edwards-Moss, 34, graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2002 and joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. In 2005 he moved to Credit Suisse and has spent the last 9 years working in the UK & Ireland Investment Banking team. He has been involved in a wide range of capital raising (both equity and debt) and M&A transactions in the UK and Ireland, with substantial experience in the real estate sector.
