VTB Supervisory Council sets date for 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

VTB Bank's Supervisory Council has set the date for the Annual General Meeting of shareholders (the AGM) on 19 June 2014.

The AGM will be held at the Oktyabrsky Grand Concert Hall at 6 Ligovsky Prospekt, St Petersburg.

A list of shareholders eligible to participate in the AGM will be compiled based on VTB Bank's shareholder register as of 5 May 2014. Registration of participants will begin at noon on 19 June 2014, and the meeting will begin at 2 pm.
