Treatt Plc's capital consists of 10,481,034 ordinary shares with voting rights. During the month of September 2012 the number of shares held in a Trust, under which voting rights are waived, decreased by 46,531 to 256,308.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Treatt Plc is 10,224,726.

The above figure (10,224,726) may be used by shareholders as the denominator or the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
