In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1 R) Petropavlovsk PLC ('Petropavlovsk' or the 'Company') is required to notify the market of the following:

As at 26 February 2015, the issued share capital of Petropavlovsk consisted of 197,638,425 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 1 pence each. Petropavlovsk does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights is 157,599,454.
