Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital

In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital as at 31 July 2015 consisted of 469,737,228 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 469,737,228. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
