Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital

Gem Diamonds, LSE: GEMD announces that in conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the DTRs) that the Company's issued share capital as at 29 May 2015 consisted of 138,296,460 ordinary shares of $0.01 each with 138,296,460 voting rights. The Company holds no shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 138,296, 460, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
