Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 31 January 2020 consisted of 608,630,426 ordinary shares, (as stated in the buyback announcement made earlier today) and 34,000 preference shares with no voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 608,630,426.

The above figure of 608,630,426 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
