Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 31 March 2020 consisted of 604,276,682 ordinary shares (previously  604,261,140 ordinary shares as per the buyback announcement on 18 March 2020 and an exercise of 15,542 options on 31 March 2020) and 34,000 preference shares with no voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 604,276,682.

The above figure of 604,276,682 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

This announcement is made in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.
