Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with rule 17 of the Aim Rules for Companies, we would like to notify the market of the following share transfers from Treasury:

·; On 24th May 2012, 300,000 shares

·; On 3rd August 2012, 15,000 shares

·; On 7th August 2012, 40,000 shares

The Company would like to clarify that as at the date of the Interims on 30th September 2012, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 327,800,000 ordinary shares of which 10,221,824 were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company was 317,578,176. This change to the share figures in the Interim Report has resulted in an immaterial reduction in the adjusted NAV per share and adjusted EPS figures which both remain at 60.3c and 0.96c respectively.

There have been no further changes to the number of shares since 30th September 2012 and as therefore the above share figures can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
