DCC PLC31 July 2007 Voting Rights and Capital 31 July 2007 In conformity with Rule 13.1 of the Interim Transparency Rules of the FinancialRegulator, DCC plc announces that as of 31 July 2007: DCC plc's total issued share capital consists of 88,229,404 ordinary shares of€0.25 each with voting rights. This includes 7,814,342 ordinary shares held asTreasury shares, which do not carry voting rights. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 80,415,062and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of DCC plcunder the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the InterimTransparency Rules.
