VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
Chippenham, UK, 7 October 2009: In accordance with the Financial Service Authority's Transparency Directive, transitional provision 6, Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) ("the Company") wishes to notify the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital as at 30 September 2009 consists of 322,834,098 ordinary shares (previously, 322,301,331 ordinary shares as at 31 August 2009). The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 322,834,098.
The above figure of 322,834,098 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
