IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company") - Voting Rights and Capital

We would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital with voting rights as at 30 April 2011 is 362,233,554 ordinary shares of 0.005p each.

The Company does not hold any of the ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 362,233,554 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
