Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 31 October 2017 consisted of 679, 354,709 ordinary shares (previously 679,343,752.ordinary shares as at 30 September 2017) and 34,000 preference shares with no voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 679, 354,709.

The above figure of 679, 354,709 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
