Lonmin PLC11 January 2007 Voting Rights and Capital - Update In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 and asan update to the announcement made on 29 December 2006, the Company herebyadvises that pursuant to a staff share option exercise a further 743 ordinaryshares were issued and allotted on 10 January 2007. Following this issue, the Company's total issued share capital is 154,437,360ordinary shares of US$1 each with voting rights and 50,000 sterling deferredshares of £1 each with no voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Lonmin Plc is 154,437,360. The above figure (154,437,360) may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, Lonmin Plc under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
