Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 31 January 2018 consisted of 672,026,109 ordinary shares, (previously 672,025,162 ordinary shares in the buyback announcement made earlier today) which includes an additional 947 shares issued earlier in the month in relation to the employee Free Share award and 34,000 preference shares with no voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 672,026,109.

The above figure of 672,026,109 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
