Voting Rights and Capital
The following information is released in accordance with DTR 5.6:
Following the Share Capital Reorganisation whereby shares have been consolidated on a 1 for 100 basis, SkyePharma's issued share capital as at 22 September 2008 consists of 8,149,888 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 8,149,888.
The above figure (8,149,888) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Please also note that with effect from 22 September 2008 the ISIN for SkyePharma PLC (LSE: SKP) Ordinary Shares has changed from GB0008123571 to GB00B3BFNB64.
