Voting Rights and Capital
The following information is released in accordance with DTR 5.6:
As at 26 September 2008 SkyePharma's issued share capital consists of 22,167,695 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 22,167,695.
The above figure (22,167,695) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
