Speedy Hire PLC13 February 2007 Speedy Hire Plc AMENDMENT: Voting Rights and Capital Further to the RNS 3824O issued on 21 December 2006 please note the followingamendment. In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, wewould like to notify the market of the following:- Speedy Hire Plc's issued share capital consists of 46,033,859 ordinary shares of5p each with voting rights. The difference for 489 shares compared to the figure of 46,033,370 shares in theprevious announcement relates to a share option exercise under the Company'sSAYE Scheme. The above figure (46,033,859) may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, Speedy Hire Plc under theFSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
