Reliance Security Group PLC14 December 2006 Reliance Security Group plc ("Reliance") Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 wewould like to notify the market of the following: Reliance's issued capital consists of 21,912,855 ordinary shares with votingrights. However, of these, 400,000 are held in Treasury and no votes can beexercised in respect of them. Therefore, the current total number of voting rights in Reliance is 21,512,855and this figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, Reliance under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
